- 2nd offense within 5 years = 7 days
- 3rd offense within 5 years = 90 days
The penalties for driving on a suspended license as a result of a DUI conviction include a fine
not to exceed $1,000, the possibility of jail time not to exceed 1 year, and an extension of the suspension period for the same time period as the original suspension.
