Indiana DUI Attorney

Indiana DUI Law operates under the "per se" BAC level of 0.08. Exceeding beyond the legal limit will be subjected for scrutiny, sobriety test and intimidation by authorities. On your 1st offense (2nd and 3rd as well), your license will be suspended for 180 days. The court will not ask you to undergo some alcohol education and treatment but you will be spending time in jail after your second offense. Authorities will also confiscate your vehicle but prior to that, you will be asked to install an ignition interlock device on your car at your own expense. You can still apply for a provisional license while your license is suspended. The court/authorities of Indiana will only grant it under certain conditions.
