In Minessota, if you were stopped by highway patrols for suspecting you driving under the influence and they found out that the alcohol concentration in your bloodstream is .08% and above, you will be charged with DUI. For your second dui conviction in the state of Minnesota, authorities will suspend your license for 180 days and 1 year on the 3rd time around. You will be spending some jail time after your 2nd conviction and mandatory assessment/alcohol treatment after your 3rd. The court will order for the installation of ignition interlock device or your vehicle will be confiscated.
