  • driving under 21 years of age with .02% of alcohol in their blood is also illegal in Nebraska under the Zero Tolerance Law
  • driving with .15% with any measurable amount of alcohol in their blood is subjected for Enhanced Penalty (i.e dui with minors, dui-related accidents, injury, death, traffic violation)
  • Implied Consent Law is in effect; refusal to submit yourself for a chemical test will result to license suspension and other penalties
  • Open Container Law is in effect as well, for driver and passenger
